Author & Chair Instructions
Your presentation is scheduled at a given time. Please check your time slot in the detailed program.
You will be presenting in real-time to the audience by sharing your screen in the virtual conference tool.
The presentation will be recorded with Q&A duration. It will be provided to the attendee for later on-demand availability. It is accessible until June 30th.
The presentation time is 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A.
The attendee ask questions via Q&A chat system during the live presentation.
The session chair reads it aloud on behalf of the questioner in Q&A time.
The attendee ask additional questions via another Q&A chat system after live presentation until June 30th. Please check the question box and answer via the system.
3. Preparation materials
The manuscript must be written in PDF format and within 4 pages. You should submit it via epaper system by April 5th.
Recommended aspect ratio for best viewing is 16:9, although 4:3 can be used as well in Microsoft PowerPoint version 2013 or higher.
The PPT slide is not need to submit.
We request you to pre-record your presentation for backup in case of connection lost during live presentation.
It is also used for on-demand delivery after the live presentation.
The recoded video file must be in MP4 format and the bit rate should be lower than 1Mbps. The record time should be 20 minutes.
You should upload it to the provided link no later than May 14th. The upload functionality will be available on the WEB system from April 16th onwards. The upload site information will be emailed to the author when the site becomes available.
