SHORT COURSE (On-line)

Your presentation is scheduled at a given time and you will be presenting in real-time to the audience by sharing your screen in the virtual conference tool. You will find your time slot in the detailed program. Your recorded presentation will be provided to attendee of the short course for later on-demand availability, accessible until June 30th.

For short course speakers, presentation time is 50 minutes plus 10 minutes for Q&A.

Recommended aspect ratio for best viewing experience is 16:9, although 4:3 can be used as well in Microsoft PowerPoint version 2013 or higher.

Pre-recording your presentation: To avoid losing your presentation slot due to unforeseen technical issues we request you to pre-record your presentation and upload to the provided link no later than May 14th.

Please provide slide PPT by Mar. 31st via email to the organizer. The slide data will be accessible by attendee of short course only.

Audio/Video File requirements:

  • All files must be in MP4 Format
  • Bit rate of <1Mbps is recommended
  • Presentation time for short course is 50 minutes

Uploading your files: The upload functionality will be available on the website from April 16th onwards. You will need to complete your upload no later than May 14th.

PLENARY / ORAL (On-line)

Your presentation is scheduled at a given time. You will be presenting in real-time to the audience by sharing your screen in the virtual conference tool. You will find your time slot in the detailed program. Your recorded presentation will be provided to attendee for later on-demand availability, accessible until June 30th.

For PLENARY speakers, presentation time is 35 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

For ORAL speakers, presentation time is 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

POSTER (On-line)

Within the poster sessions each poster will have its own chat associated for people watching your poster page on ISPSD2021 on-line platform, see detailed program.

Short 3-minute presentation format (maximum) that has to be pre-recorded by you and uploaded to the provided link no later than May 14th.

You are requested to upload one additional supporting document in PDF format such as slide of your short presentation with additional pages. It is not recommended to upload A0 poster PDF as the supporting document (your corresponding final paper will automatically be available also directly from the poster page).

The Poster page will be displayed during the whole virtual conference and until June 30th.

Recording your poster presentation: The presentation should contain typically 3 to 5 slides. Recommended aspect ratio for best viewing experience is 16:9, although 4:3 can be used as well in Microsoft PowerPoint version 2013 or higher.

  • Maximum video time is 3 minutes.
